Availability of Goods
All ‘In Stock’ items are usually despatched within 24 hours and orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same day. In the unlikely event that they are temporarily unavailable, every effort is made to get the product sourced. In any event, we do not charge your credit card until the date your order is despatched out to you.
Your Undertakings and Warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Losses caused as a direct result of inaccurate information provided (e.g. inaccurate address) remain your responsibility and risk. Please complete orders carefully!
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed the order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior to despatch. This confirmation will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and any P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful, you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please note that when you place an order, PlayAONE will acknowledge it, but reserve the right to notify you if the price has been incorrectly featured, and amend the charge to you accordingly. Should you not wish to proceed with the transaction at the new price your order will be cancelled and you will incur no charge.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from PlayAONE. Please see the full Returns Policy for more information. For information on your right to cancel click here.
All rights, including copyright, in the content of these PlayAONE web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Boss Distribution Limited (registered number 09425531). In accessing PlayAONE web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
PlayAONE shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation, including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to give you a refund, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost.
Safe Shopping – Secure Guarantee
PlayAONE places great importance on maintaining securely the information that you provide. For this reason, we use advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data. All the data that you send to us, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore in the extremely unlikely event that the data should be intercepted, it would be in encrypted format and extremely difficult to decipher. PLEASE NOTE – We do NOT store your credit card data at any stage.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and PlayAONE shall be governed by English Law, and you and PlayAONE submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Where you have a PlayAONE account, your account will remain active for twelve months from date of purchase, after which time all of your information will be removed from our system.
Where we obtain your personal data in relation to the use or purchasing our products, including VAT or invoicing information, we are obligated by law to keep this for a minimum of six years.
International data transfers
Our servers are located in the European Union and the information that we collect directly from you will be stored in these servers. We may also transfer your personal data to our third party service providers, many of whom may be located outside of the EU, operate from multiple locations including non-EU based operations or engage sub-processors located outside the EU.
There are agreements in place to ensure that all of our third party service provider’s process personal information using appropriate safeguards that meet the requirements of EU data protection laws.
